Jean's Christmas Party 2017 Part 2

Scott woke, he was sure what had woken him but whatever it was, did not sound again. Scott tried for a few minutes to fall back to sleep but couldn't so he decided to get up. the cold air hit him once his warm blankets had fallen off of him. He quickly grabbed a sweater that he had left at the foot of his bed last night just in case he needed it. After he pulled it over his head he quietly made his way to the window between the two bunk beds. Somewhere in the house, a light was on casting a faint glow on to the snow that was still fallen.
For a moment Scott was lost in memories of him and his father celebrating the first snow of the year. He was brought out of his thoughts by his friend Alaric muttering in his sleep and then turning to lay on his left side. Scott back in the present scanned the room looking for something to do to past the time till someone else woke up. His eyes fell on the alarm clock that was set on the desk in the corner, it's glowing numbers read 5:30. with joy, Scott realized it wouldn't be long before someone was up and getting ready for the day before them. For the day before them was Christmas, and knowing his friends they would be up before 6 and downstairs opening their gifts. Scott moved to the door so he could leave the room and head downstairs to open his gifts, but stopped he remembered Jean telling them not to come downstairs till they heard Christmas music.
With a sigh, he headed back to his bed. His suitcase had been placed at the end of the bunk bed he sat down by the suitcase and ran his hand over the sides of the suitcase till he came to the outside pocket where he had put a small hand puzzle for the long car ride over. Scott had done the puzzle so much that he could easily do it in the dark. A few minutes past of Scott solving the puzzle then putting it back together again before he got tired of it his excitement was starting to overpower his self-control he was so close to jumping up and racing downstairs but he was stopped by his friend Dominic climb down from his bed it didn't take long for him to spot Scott.
"What are you doing?"
"Can't sleep."
Scott guessed Dominic nodded but couldn't really see in the dark. Dominic then to take a seat across from Scott.
"When do you think Christmas will start?"
Scott thought a moment before responding.
"At most an hour but I'd guess sooner than that."
They fell silent lost in thoughts but was quickly brought out of there thoughts, by Enzo jumping off his bed next to Scott.
"You guys trying to get a head start on Christmas without me."
Scott and Dominic had been speaking in whispers, but Enzo had almost yelled his words, causing Alaric to turn over in his sleep again but he didn't wake.
"Please be  more quiet, brother."
Enzo didn't respond but took a seat next to Scott.
"Sorry, I'm just so excited for Christmas."
"Me too."
Scott added as he anxiously glanced at the clock that now read 6:00.
"It's 6, it shouldn't be long before we're called downstairs."
Dominic said.
"In that case should we wake Alaric?"
Enzo asked as he pulled himself up using the bed.
"No Jean said not to wake anyone."
Scott reminded his friend, as he to stood.
"I wonder if anyone else is awake?"
Dominic questioned as he too stood.
"I don't think so, I haven't heard anyone."
Scott answered. They stood in silence listening for any sign of someone else being awake.
After a while, the silence was interrupted by the sound of Silent Night playing downstairs.
The three of them made their way downstairs quietly but quickly. Once downstairs they headed into the living room where Jean and her team was.
Jean was sitting next to the big Christmas tree, with a laptop on her lap which was playing silent night.
Michael and Sara were sitting on of the couches drinking coffee.
Daniel and Kyria were sitting next to the fireplace, two empty stockings sat next to them as they riffled through the stack of candy in front of them.
It didn't take long for Jean to notice the three kids.
"Merry Christmas!"
The other people in the room glanced up at the kids.
"Your stockings are over there."
Sara said as she pointed to the table next to the door, that leads to the dining room.
On the table was 33 stoking each a different color/design and the person's name on it.
Enzo was red with a deer on it.
Dominic was green and had a book on it.
And Scott's was black with a snowman on it.
The three kids took a seat on the floor, leaning against the couch across from Sara and Michael. The three kids dumped the stockings out on the floor. Candy, small wind up toys, and hand puzzles were contained in the stockings. The next few minutes were spent in happily eating the candy or trading it, or trying to beat the hand puzzles.
They were interrupted by Loey, Celtic and Riley entering the room. They were greeted by the same Merry Christmas from Jean, and Sara showing them to the stockings. They took a seat in between Jean and Daniel. instead of dumping out the stocking, they choose to stick their hands into the stocking, and then pull it out and see what they had got.
It didn't take long for the kids to wind up there toys, and try to get them to run into someone else's toys.
The next time some entered the room it was six people. Auden, Miller, Kaitlyn, Chase, Calvin, and Rex. They grabbed their stockings and took a seat on the couches. Once seated Michael offered them a cup of coffee which they all accepted.
"When do we open the presents?"
Daniel asked from his place next to the fireplace.
"When everyone is awake, now enjoy your stocking."
Jean answered as she changed the song to Jingle Bell Rock. Which was louder than the others songs which explain why Anna, Annakin, Gwen, Jordan, Linas, Erica, and Malia. All entered at the same time. They grabbed their stockings and took seats next to the doorway.
"Oh cool, you got the same Santa I did."
Scott Dominic and Enzo all jumped they hadn't seen Amivanna walk in with the others. With her stocking in hand, she took a seat by her brothers and started going through her stocking.
It was 6:40 when the next wave of people entered. Aprile, Snowfall, Evergreen, Aidan, and Tori, they grabbed their stockings and the cup of coffee Michael offered them and took the last seats on the couch. Everyone was up beside Alaric.
They waited till it was seven but Alaric still hadn't woken up, so Kaitlyn had to go get him. Once downstairs the sleepy Alaric took a seat by his sibling. Jean gave him a few minutes to go through his stocking, before setting the laptop aside asking a question.
"Who wants to help me pass out the presents?"
Most of the kid's hands shot up and in the end jean choice Loey to help.
There were so many presents that they reached Jean's waist, and considering that she was two inches short of being six feet tall this was very impressive. So it wasn't surprising that it took almost an hour to pass out all the presents.

Evergreen and Snowfall got rare and strange magical items
Calvin and April got the more dangerous magical items
Adian and Chase received stuff for their new house
Miller and Kaitlyn got weapons and stuff for crafts

Anna got dresses and cookbooks
Anakin got some new games and stuff for pranks
Gwen got a new shield and some books she had wanted
Jordan got jewelry and a kitten that was grey and black strips. Jordan named the cat Kalila
Erica got weapons and a new shield
Linas got a new black cloak and some books

Celtic received some notebooks and chapter books
Riley received books and DIY kits
Malia received a new phone and a teleporting device
Loey received jewelry and clothing

Tori got some stuff for the cafe
Rex got some books and a frying pan set

Jean received some fandom merchandise and a new piano
Michael received some camouflage clothes and bed set along with some weapons
Sara received books and some Breyers
Daniel received a new  guitar and a some survive books
Auden received weapons and strategy books
Kyria received  some snow globes for her collections and a motorbike

Enzo got a shield that matched his sword, and an Amtrak trains toy set
Amivanna got a dagger and some dresses
Scott got some comic books and a new bike
Dominic got some books and some strategy games
Alaric got art supplies and a new hoodie

After all, the presents were opened and all the wrapping paper was picked up they had a quick breakfast of candy and milk. The rest of the day was spent trying out the new presents and having a joyful time.

My Cookies

Scott had tagged along with Jean when she had to stop by the resort, for something she had left there. The problem was that had lead to one thing and then another and in the end, Jean got dragged into helping Whistler short the attics. This had left Scott to find something to do, which had led him to the kitchen and were Spencer had been cooking, some last minute food for the boarding house Christmas party. He had offered to help but Spencer was finishing up so instead, Spencer offered to help him make something, which turned out was a cookie recipe, that his father had taught him.
And that is where we are. Scott's cookies have been made and baked, now they were cooling on the kitchen counter, as Scott listened to Spencer tell him one of her adventures. At that moment Roza entered in a blur of speed.
"Oh, cookies!"
"No, those are Scott's leave them alone."
Roza frowned but moved to stand in front of the fridge.
"Did someone say cookie?"
Jenny asked from where she had appeared next to Spencer.
"Yeah, but Spencer said we couldn't have any."
Roza responded as she speeds out of the room.
"Fine."
Jenny disappeared.
"Does that happen a lot?"
Scott asked.
"Oh yeah, all the time. Anyways I have to get this food to the boarding house. Bye!"
And with that Spencer grabbed the food, and head to the front door.
Scott started to pack up the cookies when Lana walked in.
"Oh yay cookies!"
"Yeah there for my family."
"AW none for me."
"Ah no?"
"Fine be that way."
With that Lana spun on her heels and left the room just as Jean entered.
"Hey, sorry for keeping you waiting."
"It's fine it gave me chances to make these."
Scott gestured to the cookies.
"Well, at least something good came out of this trip."
"Put it back."
Scott said as he turned around to face his cookies, as he guessed Jean was using her magic to try and take some.
"Fine."
Jean put the cookies back.
"How did you know what I was doing?"
"You didn't ask for one."
"You were just guessing?"
"Pretty much."
Jean scoffed before turning to leave but stopped.
"Behind you."
Scott turned around to see Jenny, had returned and was about to grab a cookie.
"Tattletale!"
Jean shrugged as Scott grabbed the cookies from the counter.
"Who are the cookies for anyways?"
"My family."
Jean nodded as she left the room. Scott turned to Jenny but she was already gone.
Scott finished packing his cookies. Once done Scott carried them into the dining room. Where Dianna Elsa Roza and Meg was. Meg was the only one to look up at him.
"Something smells good."
Scott didn't say anything just walked backward back into the kitchen.
"Ok."
Scott heard from the dining room, he wasn't quite sure who had said but he really didn't care. Scott was starting to think this was a bad idea when Spencer walked in.
"I forgot the muffins."
She said as she grabbed the last food box on the counter. As she left the kitchen Scott followed her with his precise cookies. With Spencer's help he made it to the front door with all of his cookies, and to his luck, Jean was waiting for him outside so they could go home.
Scott made it home safe and sound with his cookies.

Caroling

A surprise to no one was that Roza's Guardians were immature, so when Laylee suggested they go caroling everyone jumped at the opportunity. Which brings us to the living room, where Laylee was waiting for her team to be ready to go.
"Come on guys!"
Laylee yelled.
"Alright, we're coming!"
Roza yelled as she climbed down the staircase, rest of her team behind her.
"What are you guys wearing?"
The whole team besides, Laylee was wearing cloaks and carrying tiki torches.
"Nothing, what are you wearing?"
Derek asked as he opened the door for the others.
"A Christmas sweater like a normal person."
Laylee responded as she went through the door he was still holding open.
"Sorry to break it to you Laylee your not normal."
"I know, a normal person won't hang out with people like you."
The short walk to the nearest houses was spent in friendly chatter and snowball fights.
Once at the nearest house the guardians light the tiki torches, as Laylee rolled her eyes and rang the doorbell. They only had to wait a few seconds till a men answered the door. The moment the door was open everyone started to sing Silent Night, Most of them sang in deep voices adding to the creepy, well someone in the back softly chated One Of Us. To no one's surprise, the man closed the door as fast as he had opened it.
"Really guys?"
Laylee demanded.
"What?!?"
Roza asked as she turned to walk down the driveway. Laylee reluctantly followed her team as they walked to the next house. Wich went as well as the last house.
"Doesn't seem to be working."
Leon stated as they headed to their third house.
"No Really."
Laylee said in a very sarcastic tone, as they knocked on the next door.
"Can I help you?"
The woman asked right before they started to sing again. The woman slammed the door shut causing everyone to stop sing.
"I think Laylee's throwing everyone off."
"Or how about the fact you guys look like your part of a cult?"
"Yeah, that's probably what it is."
Derek agreed with Laylee as they stood on the sidewalk.
"Well, in that case, why don't we go get hot chocolate, instead of caroling."
Roza offered and everyone agreed instantly.
In the end, the caroling didn't work out, but they did enjoy their hot chocolate.

Christmas Lights

Whistler's family had a tradition that the week leading up to Christmas they would walk around and look at the Christmas lights this was the first year Kevin was joining them. Whistler's six siblings and their kids were ahead of Keven and Whistler, Jenny and Phil were leading the group. 

The group was the opposite of quiet, they all shouted when they saw lights they liked or when they saw something they thought was funny.

"This house."

Whistler pulled Keven to a stop, in front of a small house. The roof was lined with green lights, the house itself had dancing Christmas lights, the front door had a wreath and the front path was lined with glow in the dark candy canes, and lastly was a plastic nativity scene, sat on the front lawn.

"It's so peaceful."

Keven smiled in agreement. But the two were brought out of their peaceful thoughts, by a snowball hitting Keven in the face. A quick scan of the group showed that the twins Alex and Jaden were to blame. Being the mature adults they where both Whistler and Keven scooped up some snow and threw it at the twins, and it would have hit their targets. if their youngest sister hadn't stepped in front of them.

"Sorry, Stephane."

Stephane responded by throwing a snowball at the couple. It didn't take long before the whole family was covered in snow and breathless from running around and laughing. 

They walked a little longer till they came to the Raindrop Cafe. Close to half an hour later the family exited the cafe with their preferred drink and then started the track back home. 

Christmas Cookies

This year was different for the Red Cloak Girl, they weren't going to throw a Christmas party for everyone instead everyone was doing something with their own teams. So to make up for this fact they were going to make Christmas cookies for each team to take home for there Christmas celebrations. This tradition was started by Jenny who had gotten it from their family. All 81 Guardians and 17 Red Cloak Girls were all there. It was the last day everyone would be there so the night before Spencer Jenny Whistler and Candice made enough sugar cookie dough to make close to 300 cookies. But at the moment the residents of the Resort was drinking any warm drink they could find and waiting for the last couple people to wake up/warm up enough to make the cookies.
"Are you sure this is enough dough?"
Candice asked Spencer, who was standing watching the coffee machine make more coffee.
"Enough? I think we made to much."
Spencer responded as the coffee machine finished.
"Yeah, I guess your right we did make a lot."
Candice closed the fridge door, just as Kat walked into the kitchen, she was the last person to get up.
She walked over to the fridge and poured herself a cup of milk, as Roza speed into the kitchen.
"Time for cookies?!?"
"Not yet, we still haven't finished prepping the table."
Spencer said from the dining room.
"Aw but I want to make them now."
Roza said in a whinny voice, as she sadly walked out of the kitchen. Candice followed her into the dining room, where some of the guardians were taping parchment paper to the table, well the Red Cloak Girls were sorting cookie cutters into five containers. People, Animals, Animated objects, nature,(Leafs, Snowflakes,) and other holidays besides Christmas.
"You could help us, make it go faster."
Whistler offered.
"Sure why not? what do you need?"
"Floor there should be five bags on the counter."
Roza speeded out of the dining room and was right back in a few seconds, the only problem was that Roza didn't see the shield that Lana had left out, and in seconds two bags of floor went flying and covered most of the people in the room.
"ROZA!"
"It's not my fault, Lana left the shield out!"
"No one's to blame, it was an accident."
Candice supplied as everyone tried to knock the floor off. Kat entered the dining room with the last bags of floor and placed them on the table.
"What happened in here?"
"Roza decided we needed a new look."
Jean said from where she was sitting.
"Well, we have the floor what else do we need?"
"The dough, table, and the cutters."
"Actually the tables done."
Michael said from his place behind the table.
"We're all most there."
Helen said as she threw a cookie cutter at Whistler, who caught right before it hit her in the head.
"Please don't throw stuff in the house."
Jenny said as she set a bowl of cookie dough on the table, before heading back to the kitchen to get the rest, Jean followed her.
The other R.C.G placed the containers of cookie cutters on the table, right before Jean and Jenny returned with rest of the cookie dough. Jean carried most of the dough with magic.
"LET'S MAKE COOKIES!"
Jenny yelled as she started to roll out the dough she was given. The room was filled with friendly chatter as everyone focused on their dough or helped someone with theirs. The friendly chatter was broken when Meg asked a question.
"Does anyone else's dough taste strange?"
"You're not supposed to eat it, and no my dough is fine."
Jean said from her side of the table.
"Actually mine taste strange too."
Henry agreed with Meg.
"The eggs did kinda smell funny."
Spencer supplied.
"And you didn't do anything about it?"
Janet questioned.
"No, I figured if something was wrong, the heat from the oven would kill it."
"Salmonella poisoning."
Janet turned to Meg.
"What?"
"It has salmonella poisoning."
"In that case, the oven will kill it."
Spencer justified.
"Just don't eat anymore, like you were told from the start."
Whistler said from her place at the head of the table. Everyone fell back into chatter as the cookie pans in the center of the table filled up with cookies.
A few minutes later the pan was filled with cookies, and Dianna carried the pan into the kitchen to put in the oven. It was replaced with a second pan before Dianna left, so everyone continued to make cookies. But was stopped awhile later by an explosion from the kitchen. everyone ran to the kitchen.
"WHAT HAPPENED!"
"Someone left a fork in the microwave!"
Dianna showed the blacken fork to the others.
"Oh yeah, I was making mac and cheese."
Kat said as she slipped back into the dining room.
Every one followed here and went back to making cookies, a couple hours later all the cookie dough was gone, wither it was made into cookies or eaten was unknown.
Everyone had drifted into the living room, to wait for the cookies to be done.
It was all peaceful until Roza screamed from the kitchen, once again everyone rushed to the kitchen.
"What is going on this time!?!"
"FIRE!!!!"
Roza screamed as she pointed to the oven, where the fire had consumed the whole stove.
Daniel didn't say anything just stepped forward and put out his hand, the fire leaped from the oven into Daniel's hand the fire despaired, he turned around and went back to the living room.
"It's good to have a fire elemental on your team."
Jean said smuggle, before following her team member back to the living room.
At the end of the day, all the cookies were done and divided into even stacks and given to each team as they left back to their timelines to celebrate Christmas.

Jean's Christmas Party 2017 Part 1

Scott stared out the car window, the radio playing quietly in the background, some guy was singing some popular Christmas song. But Scott really didn't care. What he carried about was the fact that this would be the first Christmas, he had since his father died.
Not to his surprise, his parents were going to a business party and stay for a week, as their presents, and his stepsister was too busy with her friends, to even noticed what they were doing, driving through a forest at 4 o'clock at night, on Christmas Eve. they had left the main road a while back. Scott was starting to get scared, that they had taken a wrong turn somewhere when the car pulled into a clearing, in the center was a huge house lined with Christmas lights.
Scott's stepfather parked the car next to some of the other cars parked in front of the mansion.
"Where are we?"
Scott turned to his stepsister.
"My friend's house, that I told you about a month ago."
She just shrugged, before turning back to her phone.
"Well have fun."
Scott grabbed his bags and hopped out of the car. He stood in the parking lot for a few minutes, waving till the car was out of sight, before heading to the front door.
The railing to the front steps was wrapped in Christmas lights. Scott rushed up the stairs even though it hadn't snowed at all so far, it was still freezing cold outside.
Scott opened the front door and was hit with a wave of warmth, and the smell of Christmas.
He stood in awe looking at the entryway. directly in front of him, was two staircases and in the middle was a Christmas tree, like the front steps the railing was wrapped this time it was wrapped with green and blue garlands.
"Close the door. You're letting the cold in ."
Scott turned to see who had spoken.
In the doorway to Scott's left stood Jean, she was wearing a red satin dress and her black leather jacket. Scott closed the door then turned back to Jean.
"Hang your jacket up, well I take your bags upstairs. Everyone else is in the living room."
Jean gesture to the doorway she had been standing in, a few moments before.
Scott did as he was told, and hanged his jacket up with a couple other jackets. By the time he was done with this task, Jean was already gone. So he headed to the living room where he could hear people talking and Christmas song playing in the background.
The living room had been painted a soft snowy blue, on the blue walls hanged crystal snowflakes, a fireplace on the other side of the room, was decorated with the nativity scene and some stockings. The room was lined with Christmas lights warped around garlands. glass snowflakes hung from the ceiling. Around the room was small Christmas trees, most of them were taller than him, some smaller. But what had caught Scott's attention was the huge Christmas tree, that reached up to touch the glass skylight.
Scott was brought out of his thoughts, by his four friends raced towards him. Three out of the four of them had red and green strips in their hair. Alaric who wasn't wearing his normal hoodie(Probably due to his mother's request) hadn't joined in on his siblings holiday spirit.
"Hi, guys."
"Scott!"
Enzo and Amivanna hugged Scott, Dominic just waved, and Alaric mumbled a hello.
After everyone had said hello, Enzo lead them to the huge Christmas tree, where they spent the next couple minutes pointing out ornaments. Most of them are the normal ball ornaments. After while Scott noticed that there were a bunch of glass angles each a different color.
"What's with the angles?"
"Oh, Jean gives them to people she considers friends or family, Even father has one."
Scott nodded but moved on as Enzo lead them around the tree. After they had circled it twice, they were interrupted, by Jean climbing on top of a makeshift stage.
"If I could have your attention please."
Everyone turned to her.
"I don't have many family traditions, but there is one I would like to continue. The people who know the song please join in."
Jean started singing Silent Night, Celtic Scott Adain Aprile And the guardians all joined in.
In a few moments, the song was over the room fell silent again, for a few seconds before Jean spoke again.
"Well, we still have a few minutes before dinner is ready, so Sara is going to read The Christmas Carlo."
With that Jean stepped down from the makeshift stage and Sara stepped up with a book in hand, Everyone took seats to listen to Sara and her story. Scott had heard the story many times and knew it cover to cover, so he followed Jean through a side door.
It opened up into a huge white kitchen where every available space was covered in some kind of food or drinks. Aiden Kaitlyn and April were already there finishing up the meal.
"Didn't you want to listen to the story?"
Scott turned to Jean.
"I already know the story."
"You want to help then?"
Scott nodded at Aiden's question. He was then handed a bowl with pudding mix in it.
"Know how to make pudding?"
"Yeah, my father taught me."
They fell into silents as they all worked, after Scott was done with the pudding he ended up helping put food on the huge table in dining room.
All the food was placed on the table just in time for Sara to finish the story. Jean left the dining room and returned a few moments later with everyone else behind her. They all took their places around the table. Scott took his place between Amivanna and Dominic. Aiden entered with the last pitcher of drink.
"Is this everyone?"
"No the team of warriors should arrive soon."
Aiden nodded as she took the empty chair next to Chase. With everyone seated they began to eat the room was filled with friendly chatter. It was interrupted by the doorbell ringing Jean got up and went to answer the door she came back being followed by six other young adults who took the last empty chairs. The room was once again filled with cheerful laughter and chatter.
Scott smiled as he looked around the room at the people he considered his extended family this was definitely the time to be happy.

Thanksgiving 2017

Thanksgiving was one of the only times everyone was together.  Most of the time the guardians used the time the Red Cloak Girls were together to have a break and have some quiet time before the crazy started again.
The dining room had been emptied of everything besides the table and chairs. so there would be enough room for everyone.
There was now 16 R.C.G's with teams that all brought different parts of the Thanksgiving meal
Jenny made the mash potatoes and gravy

Some of the teams brought other stuff, all in all, there was defiantly enough food to feed everyone. On top of the R.C.G's and their guardians the Multi-Kins, The team of warriors, and the out of time cafe club had all been invited.
Most of the guest had gathered in the living room to watch Thanksgiving specials. A few had wandered off to their rooms. Jenny Spencer and some others were in the kitchen finishing up Thanksgiving dinner. Suddenly there was yelling from the living room.
"There is no way you can beat me at football!"
"I could beat you with one hand!"
Derek and Micheal appeared from the living room, heading to the backyard a bunch of the others was following them.
"What's going on?"
Jean stopped to answer Spencer.
"Derek says he can beat Micheal at football."
"Oh cool."
With that, she followed the others outside to watch the game.
The game was finished in an hour. Micheal's team won with 22 points, Daniel's lost with 21. They all gathered back into the theater, to watch the Mad About You and WKRP Thanksgiving specials. It was the one tradition that everyone loved. After the specials were finished, everyone headed to the dining room where they played Apples To Apples, well they waited for the food to be done. Wich took five games, April won the first time, then Chase, Gena, Elizabeth, and lastly Jenny. The game was then picked up, well some of them set the table, and the others set the food on the table. They all gathered around the tables and started to small talk, as the food was passed around the tables. Jenny then stood up.
"I would like to thank you all for coming, and I hope that you all had a great Thanksgiving."
They all coursed a thank you to their host, as she sat down again.
The dinner went as Thanksgiving dinners usually went, as in halfway through a food fight broke out and Elsa was hit in the face with a pie. It was peaceful when everyone went to bed that night, and it would be peaceful when they woke up the next morning.

The Halloween Party of 2017

The R.C.G's had turned the large clearing in their woods into a creepy outside party. The R.C.G's had dressed up as character types from fairytales. The people Jenny had invited, had all shown up beside Niamo who was running late.
they had put up some table to hold food and a bunch of bowls of candy They had music playing, most of the people where playing games tho, but the guardians had also made a creepy loop trail through the forest.
Jenny had taken a seat in one of the trees. Whistler Phil and Spencer all were ruining the party, trying to keep everything under control.
Jean Dianna Elsa Roza where all hanging with the Veritas crew. But the group causing the most noise was Ranger Kat Peter and Rift, who were trying to play, This Is Halloween and was failing at it. Janet appeared from the loop trail, looking as if she had just strolled through an aisle in Walmart.
"So how scary is it?"
Janet turned to see Ash.
"Not very, I've seen Walmart aisle scarier."
With that Janet turned and headed to the drink table, for a refill of punch. Ash nodded and then headed to the entry of the loop. She was stopped by a yell from Niamo.
"Duck!"
Ash watched as Jakarta and Jean jumped out of the way, just in time for Niamo to crash into the ground. A few seconds later she got back onto her feet.
"I'm fine, just a strong breeze."
"Too bad no one asked."
"Be nice Jean."
Jenny said as she walked over to greet her new guest. Jean mumbled something as she walked away.
"Hi, Niamo, nice of you to drop in."
"Sorry, i'm late I had to stop for a costume."
"It's fine, what is your costume?"
"I'm a unicorn."
"Niamo you're a pegacorn in real life."
"Yeah so?"
Jenny just shook her head but changed the subject, to their latest adventures. Jakarta had rejoined her crew and was now talking with them about who knows what.
The 'band' had stopped playing and was now going through the loop. The music had been turned back on, and some of the adventures had started to dance. Including Gena Janet Candice, Niamo cole, triple L, and Bartholomew.
Jenny had taken up residence at the candy table, which was almost empty. Most of the food was gone too, well the drink table was empty. Which would have been a problem, if the 'band' didn't come out of the loop screaming, and not looking where they were going and ran into the drink table.
Rest of the night was somewhat quiet, besides one small fire set by Elsa, who thought it would be funny to set one of the table clothes on fire, so she could make smores. to say the least, the Halloween party of 2017 was quite an adventure.

Short Story 5: Food War

The R.C.G's all sat at the dining room table. Jean was just listening to the others talk when suddenly Roza nudged her. She turned to look at the vampire.
"What?"
"Watch this."
Jean watched as Roza took the serving spoon to the mashed potatoes, and then launched the serving of potatoes across the table, where Janet sat. If looks could kill Roza would definitely be died. Before anyone could say anything, Janet had picked up her glass of water and splashed it on Roza. Kat sitting next to Roza, had gotten wet as well, reacting like the mature person she was, she picked up the nearest food, that happened to be the watermelon, which she threw across the table at Janet, her aim was off and ended up hitting Elsa, who grabbed the cake and launched it at Roza, most of it actually hit Roza, but some hit Jean who finally got fed up with watching the fight, she grabbed the breadsticks she then jumped onto the table and yelled as loud as she could.
"WAR IS UPON US, AND THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE TABLE WILL WIN!!!!!"
The others jumped up and yelled their battle cry, before throwing anything and everything in arms reaches, at the people on the other side of the table.
In only a few minutes the table had been knocked over and was being used as a barricade. The chairs were being used as shields, and almost all the food was on the walls, floor, people, and surprisingly the roof. As everyone was yelling and still throwing food, no one realized Phil and Jenny were standing in the doorway watching the war.
"Should we do something?"
Jenny asked as she watches Jean whack Dianna with a breadstick.
"Yup."
Before Jenny could respond, Phil had grabbed a pie and had thrown it at her.
"Oh, it is on."
Jenny grabbed a cup of punch that hadn't been spilled yet. And splashed it in Phil's face before pushing him into the dining room, right into the crossfire. She then jumped in and helped Kat throwing Jell-O at Elsa. Phil sided with the left side and started throwing whip cream, at Jenny and Kat.
The war lasted for another hour, which is why when Spencer got back from the store she found, Gena and Meg behind the table covered in cake, Lana quietly eating chips as she watched the food war, Janet stocking up on food for the last round, Helen throwing ice cream at Elsa who was hiding behind Dianna, then there was Jenny throwing dinner rolls at Jean, who deflecting them with breadsticks well Phil stood behind her, throwing watermelon at Jenny.
"I'll come back later."
With that Spencer turned around and headed to her room, to read her book before bed, dreading cleaning up the mess in the dining room.

Multi-Kin Calvin

The man pushed open the huge oak doors. To the dark star hallways, the two children, that were with them gasped at the sight in front of them.
"Welcome to the dreamscape."
The little boy turned to look in every direction, then back to his uncle.
"Aren't there suppose to be people here?"
"There was a long time ago but for years now it has remained empty."
"What happened to the people?"
The young girl asked, as she walked over to her brother.
"They left durring the dark war."
The boy seeming to lose interest. Had woundered over to one of the door, and opened it he slipped in, his sister and uncle followed suit. Inside was a dark room, but it was bright enough to see it was decorated, with balloons, streamers, and a yellow banner saying 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY JACK!'. Jack was no were to be seen, in fact no one was in the room besides the three Multi-Kin. That is till something or someone knocked over some of the presants in one of the corners. The young boy walked over to it, and knelt down a few secunts later, an another young boy about four appered, from behind the presants.
"No it'll come back!!!"
The boy who was most likely Jack, yelled before ducking back behind the presants.
"What will come back?"
Jack just pointed behind the other boy. who turned around to see a clown creeply smileing at them. The young girl screamed, and ducked behind her uncle. Who summened a sword, but didn't advants. The clown slowly started to walk, towards the two boys, it stopped acouple steps away from the boys. Jack ducked behind the prestants, the other boy stood, the clown titleted its head, then smiled, a smile filled with fangs, the boy instead of backing down, or summening a weapon. Instead his hand brifly glowed a dark blue, before it faded, but the brife light was enough for the clown to backdown, before any one could do anything the clown dissappered. The young boy looked around for it but couldn't find it, he then turned to look at his uncle Calvin.
"Where did it go?"

Chase was about to ask why, when he realized the room was begianing to fade. the three Multi-Kin left the room in a hurry. once back in the hall way. the three where meat with two gaurds.
"The king would like to talk to you sir."
"Of coures he does. Children go find your mother."
The two children ran off, threw the oak door. As Calvin turned and followed a the two gaurds to his brothers thron room.

The Psychic

The psychic went quiet, she wasn't sure how to react to the woman in front of her. At first sight, she looked normal, but the psychic could feel the power that resided in the woman.
"Excuse me, ma'am?"
The woman turned to look at the psychic.
"Yes?"
"Where are coming from?"
"Huh......The north planet. Why?"
"I sense that you have great power."
The woman glanced at the takeoff schedule, before walking over to the psychic
"what kind?"
"The kind that belongs to a hero."
The woman smiles for a split second before her face fell again.
"Thanks, it was nice meeting you, but I've got a ship to catch."
Before the psychic could say something, the woman was already lost in the crowd.

A Halloween Party

Jenny busily wrote something down on a piece of paper
"What'ch you doing?"
Jenny looked up at Roza.
"I'm writing a guest list."
Roza sped walked to the other side of the table.
"For what?"
"The Halloween party I'm throwing."
"You're throwing another party?"
"Yup."
"Ok then."
With that, she sped out of the room in a blur of speed. Jenny went back to scribbling down names. She finished shortly after.
"Huh, I deserve a reward for my hard work."
"Hard work of writing names?"
Jean said from the doorway, of the dining room.
"Yup."
And with that, a bag of Halloween candy appeared in her hands. She pulled out a box of nerds and a Kit Kat. She threw the nerds at Jean who caught it after it hit her in the head. Well, she started eating the kit kat.
"So who all is invited to this party?"
"Pretty much everyone."
"Cool."
"Yup. anyways I have to start bugging people."
"Want help?"
"Nah, it's more fun if I do it my self."
"OK."
Jean then turned and walked into the living room, as Jenny disappeared.

                                Mean While On A Star Ship Somewhere

Niamo was standing on the bridge of her ship, watching the stars. her crew was asleep something that didn't come easily to Niamo. It didn't help, when Cloaked sorceress appeared randomly behind her.

"Hi, how it going?"

"Before the heart attack, or after?"

"I don't know whichever."

"Well, I was doing fine, before you almost scared me half to death."

"Huh, well I stopped by to invite you, to my Halloween party."

"All right, I and cole will come. If you stop teleporting behind me."

"Fine."

And with that Jenny disappeared again.

Jenny appeared suddenly in front of Test.

"Hello!!!!"

"Hi, Red."

"How it going? any wars with leprechauns?"

"No, since we don't have leprechauns here."

"Eh, that's what you think. All ways I'm here to invite you to my party. And no use saying no, because it wasn't a question"

Test was about to say something, but Jenny disappeared again.

Ranger was standing dramatically on a skyscraper, overlooking a city. When Jenny appeared to his left.

"Hi, Bartholomew. Have you seen your brother anywhere?."

"I'm not Bartholomew."

Jenny's mop Appeared in her hands, which she then used to wack Ranger with.

"IMPOSTER!!"

"I'm Ranger, not an imposter, Stop whacking me."

Jenny's mop disappeared.

"Sorry I thought you were Bartholomew."

"He has green hair, how do you keep mistaking me for him!?"

"You guys look so similar, I can't tell you apart. Anyways you are invited to my Halloween party."

"Who's all coming?"

"Everyone besides Tracy."

"Why not Tracy?"

"She's busy with other stuff."

"Huh, Well I'll be there."

"YAY!!!!"

Jenny teleported back to the resort

Multi-Kin Miller

Miller sat on his throne, reading through the new rules for the dreamers. Even tho he was the main ruler, he had as much control of the four colonies, as the other rulers. He finally finished the new rules. and then he signed the paper, and then sent back to the king of the dreamscape. Just then the door opened and in stepped a guy.
"Your majesty."
He bowed as he spoke. Miller waved his hand, signaling for the guy to stand up again.
"Please tell me what has brought you here."
"My city sir. It is being attacked."
"By what?"
"The neighboring city, sir."
"What are they doing?"
"They've cut off our water supply. and has now started to take our town person by person."
"What colony are you from?"
"Queen Kaitlyn's sir."
"In that case, you'll have an army there by tomorrow morning."
"Thank you, sir."
The guy bowed again. And then left the room. Miller sighed sometimes ruling a planet was way more compact than other days, unlike today.

Multi-Kin Katelyn

The young girl sat at the huge table. She hummed quietly as she waited for her brother. Just then she heard the huge doors behind her open. She turned to the door expecting her brother, but instead, a young boy stood there, he had vibrant green hair and eyes to match, the young girl stepped forwards.

"Can I help you?"

"I lost my mother...I don't know where I am."

As he said the last part, he broke down in tears. Kaitlyn quickly closed the distance, between her and the boy.

"It's ok I'll help you find your mother. But first I need your name."

"Anthony."

"That's a cool name, I'm Kaitlyn."

The young boy whipped his tears away, as Kaitlyn took his right hand. She then leads him back to the door. outside the door was a long hallway, decorated with paintings of the past rulers.

"This place is huge."

Kaitlyn smiled at Anthony.

"Yup it confusing like a maze. I'll tell you a secret, sometimes I get lost in these halls"

Anthony smiled.

"Do you know where your mother would be?"

"We were here for her new job, she's going to cook for the royal family."

Anthony was now smiling, with pride.

"Well, then she should be in the kitchen."

A few minutes later. They were standing in front of an old door. which was suddenly opened, to revile two guards and a crying woman.

"MOTHER!."

Anthony let go of Kaitlyn's hand and rushed to the crying woman. Who instantly pulled him into a hug. Kaitlyn smiled and was about to leave the happy family to their reunion. When the mother spoke up.

"Thank you, princess, for returning him to me."

"It's the least I could do."

"Your majesty I don't mean to interrupt, but the prince is waiting for you in the throne room."

Kaitlyn waved goodbye, to Anthony and his mother. Before walking after the guard to join her brother, Chase.

Multi-Kin's Chase

The young man pushed open the two large oak doors. They opened to a huge space that was empty, besides the doors that made up a long hallway, that was it there weren't walls, floor or a roof. It was just space, with floating doors. Each door was different, somewhere different colors, others had drawings on them, some even had what looked like memories, playing across the door. The men started to walk down the hallway. He couldn't say why, but he knew that a couple doors down, the person behind it were having a nightmare. The person turned out to be a small kid, who had apparently watched a horror movie before going to sleep, so they had grown afraid of the 'monster' under their bed. As soon as he stepped back into the hallway, he could sense that someone else was having a nightmare, he finally found the door. It was silver and had small music notes, movie across the door playing out a song, the men didn't recognize. He entered the door to find a forest, on the other side it was night in the dream. The forest was filled with shadows, that didn't take real form, adding to their creepiness. The men stood in a small clearing, where the half crest moon shed light on. keeping the creatures at bay, He ignored all this for the sake of the small girl, curled up in the center of the clearing. Her eyes were huge and following the circling shadows. He knelt down by her. She quickly turned around and faced him.

"Who are you?"

"I'm here to help, I'm Chase, can you tell me your name?"

The girl nodded.

"Jean."

Chase smiled. then waved his hand the shadows disappeared and the moon above turned into a sun. The forest was now alive with birds singing and a river nearby.

"There the monsters will not bother you again."

"Thank you, sir."

Jean gave him a hug. She then ran off into the forest. Chase left the girls dream and started walking around again. Days like this Chase knew he made the right choice, in becoming the king of the Dreamworld over the throne of Thrue.

The Multi-Kin's Powers

The Multi-Kin's powers are kind of like the cutie marks from My Little Pony. I want to explain the colonies now.

The Dreamers
Like their name suggest, the Dreamers live and work in the dream world, the ones with light blue magic take care of daydreams, and the dark blue takes care of Nightmares Like on earth there are good and bad. The bad is a woman, by the name of Ms. Night, her pets are creatures that live off fear, if they grow strong enough, they can kill people in their dreams and in real life, the dark dreamers fight these creatures for the humans since Multi-Kins don't sleep, much less dream. The current ruler of the dream world is Chase also known as Micheal's and Jean's close friend.

The Dark
The darks tend to be evil, this has lead to the other colonies not trusting them. The most common job for the dark is scouts, their job is to spy on other planets and species. Even tho most darks are evil, there have been some good ones, such as Melisa the mother to Magneal and Luna, she was a great leader and supervise, she disappeared a long time ago some people think she's still alive. Among this good darks, are the current king Calvin, Chase's and Kathy's uncle.

The Light
The lights are also frowned upon, not as much as the darks tho. The light is the colony of Multi-Kins, that don't have a special calling, they are good at a bunch of stuff. For a long time the Lights weren't seen as a colony, but recently they have been recognized as a colony. The current ruler of the lights is King SnowFall and queen EverGreen.

The Color
The colors are all the other colors, They are the most common and praised Multi-kins. In the history of the Multi-kins, there have been very few rules, that weren't colors such as Luna and Oliver and Lake. The colors can be anything from Warrior to doctors, The current ruler is Kathy and her husband Miller.

The Multi-Kin

The multi-kin are a race of reality warpers. (Such as Q from Star Trek, and Discord from My Little Pony) The Multi-Kin's powers appear as colored smoke, every color shows what the person will do in the future, like light red means the person will become a guard. (Bodyguard basically). There are four colonies, the dark, the Light, the color, and the dreamers. Not only are the Multi-Kin's powers appear as smoke, but the Multi-kin's are smoke, because of this they can live without a body or can take control of someone else's body. They can also drain another Multi-Kin's power, to live longer. Even tho the normal life span, of a Multi-kin is a thousand years. At the moment the four colonies each have their owned ruler, this being said Miller is the main ruler of their planet Thrue.

Rule Book: Rule 8

Whistler sat in the dining room, reading her book and eating some waffles. She did her best to tune out the yells, coming from up stars. Last week a prank war had broken out, and by the sounds of it Lana had just woken up, to find her dyed pink. Just then a loud thud came from behind her. Whistler turned to see Jean laughing on the ground, by the stars. Whistler guessed she had been laughing so hard she missed the last step.
"You OK?"
Jean didn't respond, just shooed Whistler away, with her hand. Whistler rolled her eyes and turned back to her book. Jean slowly pulled herself up, and took a seat across from Whistler.
"So I can safely say you dyed her hair?"
"No actually, I have no idea who did it."
Whistler just nodded, as she finished her waffles. Jenny walked past them and headed into the kitchen, where a few minutes later a scream was heard from. Whistler jumped up and ran into the kitchen, to see Jenny standing by the sink, her shirt soaking wet, a closer look showed that someone had wrapped a rubber band, around the spray nozzle so when Jenny had turned on the water, it had sprayed her.
"Now that was me."
Jean said before quickly exiting the kitchen.
"Am I the only one that thinks, this is getting out of control?"
Whistler asked as she handed Jenny a towel.
"No, I agree but it keeps them from fighting so I can live with it."
Jenny said as she took a seat, at the dining room table.
"Yeah, I guess."
Whistler took her seat again. They sat in silence for a few seconds, before there was a surprised yelp, came from the front door. Jenny and Whistler walked to the front door, to see Phil standing in the doorway, dripping with appeared to be slime.
"Did I miss something?"
Hee asked as Jenny handed him a towel.
"Someone started a prank war, I'm afraid your just a casualties of war."
Whistler said as they headed back to the dining room.
"Wen will this war end?"
Phil asked.
"Probably when they ran out of ideas."
"And since Pinterest is a thing, give it about a year or so."
Whistler followed up to Jenny's statement. Phil nodded in agreement.
"As much as I like everyone being occupied, There should be a limit."
Helen said as she set the rulebook in front of them.

Prank wars are allowed, but only for at most a week, and no pranks that cause physical damage-Helen

The Late Night Club

Janet sighed as she sat in her dark room, watching the storm outside. even tho it was 1 o'clock in the morning, Janet knew she never would get to sleep. As long as the storm carried on outside. Janet nearly fell off her bed, as another lighting flashed out side. She sighed again before getting up. She wrapped her blanket around her shoulders, then exited her room, and went down the stairs. She headed for the kitchen but stopped in the living room. Jean sat with her hoodie up and a glass of hot cocoa in her hands, while she sat on the couch watching the storm outside.
"Jean?"
The girl turned to see who had spoken. then turned back to the window. Janet took a seat on the recliner behind Jean.
"Can't sleep?"
Janet nodded in response, before remembering that Jean couldn't see her.
"Yeah, you?"
Jean turned around to face Janet.
"No, I don't sleep anymore."
Jean took a sip of her hot cocoa, as Janet rearranged her blanket.
"So you just sit here every night?"
"Yeah pretty much, Some times Roza joins me, but she's out tonight."
Janet and Jean fell into silents, as they listened to the storm. As another thunder crashed Janet jumped.
"I hate storms."
Janet couldn't stop but hiss, as she sunk deeper into her blankets.
"I can see that, but to me storms are......beautiful."
Janet just huffed in response. Jean smiled as she finished her hot cocoa.
"I still can't believe you stay down here alone, every night."
"I'm not usually alone, there's surprising a lot of people that can't sleep, there even a club."
"Really?"
"Yeah, the Late Night Club."
"How do I not know about this?"
"You stay in your room all the time, so you never noticed."
"Huh."
Janet fell into thought, none of them was about the storm outside.
