Rule Book, Rule 2

"Hey, Guys I need help."
The 9 Woman, turned to see the red haired vampire, zoom towards them, Holding something.
"What?."
Roza came to a stop, in front of them.
"This."
She held out a bomb, What was even more unnerving, was that it was counting down.
"Have you tried disarming it?."
"Yeah, But it didn't work."
The clock on the bomb hit 3 minutes, and kept count down.
"Have you tried just thrown it away?."
"Yep, I can only let go of it, if I hand it to someone."
Every one took a step back,
"Some days you just can't get rid of a bomb."
Jean said from the back of group.
"In that case you take it."
Roza threw the bomb at Jean. Every one had ducked, as not to get hit in the head, with a bomb. Jean caught the bomb easily.
"I don't want it."
Jean thew it at Dianna who caught it, But tossed it at Helen, who thew it at Lana, Who tossed it back to Roza, Who thew it at Jean again. Jean responded by throwing it behind her, once she saw there was lease then a minute before it exploded. The only problem was that the tool shed was behind her. A few secants later there wasn't any tool shed. Phil came running out of the house, When he heard the expulsion.
"What happened?."
Jean pointed at Roza
"Roza brought a bomb."
Roza Pointed at Jean
"She was the one who thew it at the shed."
"It was a accident."
Phil faced palmed, Some times they acted like 3 years old, instead of the universe saving people, they where.
"Enough!.."
Every one stopped talking and turned to him.
"Go find something to do that doesn't involve bombs."
They all left like a scolded two year old. Phil went back into the RESORT, and wrought down the second rule.

Childhood: At 7 years old a village kid told her the truth, since that day she started building a star ship, to travel to the mystery planet Earth.

Adolescence: She did make a star ship and did make it to earth. She stayed on earth for a year, Before she found Jenny and Phil, Who gladly took her in as their oldest and 8th child.

R.C.G Jenny's Birthday Chapter 3

Three Days Later

Jenny entered the RESORT. Janet and Phil had taken her on a all day hike, into the surrounding mountains,They had just gotten back. Jenny looked around the living, she suspected the other R.C.G wooed be there. She was surprised to see no one. She turned back to the door to see Janet and Phil still there. She disappeared and appeared in the kitchen. Again she didn't see any one. She walked over to the dinning room door, and opened it. She was greeted by the R.C.G yelling  Surprise!. She opened the door rest of the way to see that the R.C.G had been joined by their guardians. A three story cake stood on the table. Along with Jenny's favorite food, Like fried chicken, and fried potatoes. Phil and Janet entered from the office door.
"You Guys thew me a surprised birthday party!."
"Yup."
Roza said as she super ran, over to Jenny with a piece of cake.
"You guys are the best."
The party lasted to 11 o'clock at night. The food was eaten or thrown at people. The present where opened. Elsea got Jenny t shirt with funny puns or fandom reference. Roza had gotten her merchandise from her fandom. Phil got her jewelry, Janet didn't give her anything, and ignored Whistlers glares. The guardians put their money together and got her a tour for the chocolate world in holly wood. When the grandfather clock stroke 12, Phil and Whistler started to either kick people out or drag them to their rooms. Jenny went out on to the deck, Janet followed her.
"Sorry I didn't give you this before."
Janet handed Jenny a over flowing white three ring binder. Jenny opened it and found pitchers from her childhood.
"Thank you."
"I know you don't really remember them....so."
Jenny pulled her into a hug. Phil walked out as Janet pulled away.
"What did I miss?."
Jenny showed Phil the book.Janet rolled her eyes
"This is cool, Where did you get these?."
"I uh...Kept them from my universe, it's not a big deal."
"Well wither it a big deal or not. We got you a presents."
"I told you I didn't want any present."
Phil handed her a small black jewelry box. She hesitated for a couple of minutes but did take the box. Jenny and Phil said good night. knowing Janet wouldn't open it if they where there. After they left, she opened it and found three necklaces. The first was a red diamond locket. The next one was her name spelled out with pink gems. The next one was a comet necklace, in Janet's universe she and Jenny grew up watching school house rock. Janet's favorite song was Janet Planet. Janet guessed the comet reminded Jenny of the song. Janet smiled as she leaned over the railing of the deck.

The Rule Book

Phil entered the RESORT. Only to hear yells and screams coming from the dinning room. He set the food he went out to buy, in the kitchen, Then headed to the dinning room. They had been at the RESORT less than a week, and fights had been breaking out every where. He was surprised to Jenny and Dianna, dueling on the table,with plastic swords. usually Jenny stayed out of fights with the other R.C.G. unless the fighting bugged her to much.
"Hey!!."
Every one turned to Phil.
"No fighting on the tables."
Jenny silently pushed Dianna off the table, Then disappeared and reappeared on the chandelier.
"That's all you can go."
Phil went back to put up the food he left on the floor. Whistler followed him and took a seat on the counter.
"I think I know what the problem is."
"What are you talking about?."
Phil turned to Whistler.
"The fighting and stuff."
"The problem is, that they act like children."
"Exactly they act like children. Wait here a moment."
Whistler took off up the stairs. She returned a few moments later, with a brown note book.
"I found this, on one of my adventures last month."
She handed it to Phil.
"It's never ending. and you can change the color. Which I thought was cool."
"OK but it a note book, how is this going to help?."
"Part of the problem is that no one knows the rules. And the ones that do probably forget them."
"OK so how does this help?."
"We wright the rules in it, and put it some where every one can see it."
"Sound like this cooed work, and I know the first rule."
No fighting on the tables. or in the house at all.

R.C.G Jenny's Birthday Chapter 2

Janet walked back to the RESORT, She had been talking to the other Red Cloak Girls, but when they started to bug her about birthday presents for Jenny She left. Janet was brought out of her thoughts, wen she bumped into something. See looked up and saw a tree, Yes she did just walk into a tree. She looked to the top of the tree. when she heard giggles coming from the high branches. Only to see her "sister" seating their eating a chocolate bar, Jenny jumped from the tree and landed by Janet.
"Walk often?."
Janet rolled her eyes and started walking again.
"Hey!, Wait up."
Janet ignored her, but it didn't matter a few secants later, Jenny was walking beside her.
"What are you even doing out here?."
Janet glanced over to Jenny, who looked confused
"To tell you the truth I have no idea i'm out here."
Janet sighed deeply, and decided to ignore her "sister" for rest of the day.
"Hey I got a important question for you."
"What?!."
Janet said as she almost walked into a another tree.
"Well my birthday is in three days, and I was wondering do we share birthdays?."
"In my universe yes."
"Yay now what do you want for your birthday?."
"Nothing, you might be happy celebrating your 457th birthday but i'm not."
"Uh I thought I was older then that."
"You are, it was just a random number."
"OH, well any ways, why don't you want to celebrate your birthday?."
"I'v liked birthdays, lets celebrate you making it around the sun again."
"OK but to be fair, for us that might actual be a holiday to celebrate."
"I don't care, I want nothing for my birthday, And if you get me something, I will take all your chocolate."

Janet just smirked. They reached the opening of the forest behind the RESORT.
"There you are."
Janet and Jenny turned to see Phil coming around the corner. He was still wearing his police uniform. He had decided that morning to go to work, for the R.C.G had been there for a week, and hadn't killed any one so it was most likely safe to leave them.
"I came home to a smoke house with no one in it."
"Sorry about that I forgot my cookies in the oven."
The three of them stood there for a minute.
"I FORGOT MY COOKIE."
Jenny took off towards the back door that lead to the kitchen.
"The others are playing family in the forest."
And with that Janet walked after her "sister". Phil sighed, maybe this year he cooed throw a surprised birthday party for his wife, with out her knowing, Then again the R.C.Gs where helping.

R.C.G Jenny's Birthday Chapter 1

The Red Cloaked Girl, was gathered at the Resorts, it was may the 18, three days before Jenny's (The First R.C.G) birthday, Her husband Phil had asked for them to come and celebrate with them. The 12 of them where sitting in a clearing in middle of a forest.
"So mothers birthday is in three days, you guys got your presents?."
Most of them nodded, Some just ignored her.
"I got her the Harry Potter DVD set to replace hers that broke."
"Wait? when did that happen?."
"You wooed know if you paid attention Roza."
Whistler turned to Jean
"What did you get her?."
"Um, I fond the glass doll, she was missing from her Royal Dolls collection ."
"Cool, Helen?."
"I found the 5 most rarest super hero comics, that not even Jenny has."
"Elsea? do you have a present yet, or are you going to show up as her gift?."
"I still don't see why I can't do that."
"Because it's not a gift."
Roza said as she hung up side down, from a near by tree.
"Elsea you need to get a gift."
"All right Whistler I will."
"Dianna?."
"I'm not getting her a gift."
"WHAT!!!."
"calm down Whistler, I'm getting her a gift, because i'm decorating the house for her party, and baking her a five layer chocolate cake. So no i'm not getting her a gift."

Roza flipped down and landed by Kat.

The WEAPON

The WEAPON, Is the weapon of the Red Cloaked Girls. It original form was a staff . Jenny being crazy, Made it into a mop, so no one wooed steal it beside a janitor. Like the cloak and the mansion the WEAPON, is passed down to every R.C.G. And like the mansion it changes to match the taste  of the current Red Cloak Girl.

The Martian Family History

Serenity is Jenny's arch nemesis, But a man by the name of Zana. Was her ultimate villain. But in what is know as the Ending Fight. She killed him. Zana has a son named Daniel who was promised to Serenity. He had the power to mind control people, But it takes mouths to convents some one of something simple like, You like vanilla ice cream. Zana had the power to shake things. From planets to people's nerve system(No not based off of Daisy Johnson's powers). after Zana's death Daniel and Serenity did get married, And have three children, Daniel (2), Dollie, And Dandelion. Shortly after Dandelion was born Daniel(1) gained four of the heart necklaces. And with them became immortal. Betrayer Serenity and tried to kill Jenny. After this Serenity and Jenny decided to throw the six necklaces into the center of the sun. To destroy them but it didn't work. And later a multi-kin got them back. After Daniel(1) became immortal, Jenny locked him in a sleeping curse. and then in the center of a planet. After this Jenny heard about Daniel(2) and rescued him. She din't know about Dollie and Dandelion. He ran away to the future where he meet Jean looking for some one to join her team. Serenity loved Dandelion as a child, but Dollie and Daniel as minions. But some how Dandelion became just as crazy as Serenity and just as murderess. And to make it even more confusing, Jean and Micheal accidentally wake up Daniel(1). Who is out for revenge.

A Very Bad Week

This week Jean has run into a lizard turn human.

 Kidnapped by a time traveler and was taken to a space station with zombies.

Hannah one of her team mates, Is stuck in a virtual realty where she is married and has kids, She doesn't want to leave, And her boyfriend Jack was mind washed into falling in love  with maker of the virtual realty, He still is in the real world.

A evil group known as the equalizer, who want to take peoples powers and use them for them self, They now has the power of time travel, And has brain washed Jean's and Micheal's mother, into killing Jean and Micheal.

Micheal best friend has disappeared with a baby, With the power to wipe out planets with a snap of their fingers.(They get older of course)

And has manged to wake a immortal Person who has a grudge against the R.C.G

Daniel a member of Jean's team, Was injected with the mirakuru from Arrow and now has super strength and anger issues.

 And at the moment trapped in a under ground base, Under the ocean with Micheal. And is slowly running out of air.

The Council

The council is based off of the Light from Young justice, And Thanos from marvel. The most powerful people from other races, Like the realty-warper known as the multi-kin, They are behind everything from the Making of the Red Cloak, to the WEAPON. They wanted a weapon that cooed strike fear into people, just by its name. So they choice a young girl, who was known to be one of the most powerful human.(Jenny) But she was so kind she never took a life. So when she died they tried again with her daughter. (Whistler) this time the problem was she loved the stairs so much, she never wanted to step foot on a planet again. They tried a third time and this time they choice some one with Multi-kin DNA (Jean) but again it failed, This time It was because she was busy trying, Dealing with Luna, who kept trying to take over the world. They didn't bother Trying a fourth time, But then Helen picked up the cloak, And then Else, and Dianna, and so on so forth. Eventually The R.C.G fond out about the Council. So the Council claimed war on them. The war started in Whistlers time and ended in Meg's time.

The Six Necklaces

The first one is the necklace of protection. The wearer is protected from any miner injures. and only the wearer can take it off.

The secant one is the, Necklace Of Anger, The wearer can gain super strength and regeneration. From the necklace by taking anger from people around. but using the necklace will turn the wearer into a anger monster that will kill any one or anything in sight.

The third necklace is The Necklace Of Sadness. The wearer can control water by using the sadness around them. But will encounter bad luck for rest of their life.

The fourth necklace. Is The Necklace Of anger. The wearer can make their own personal army. By control people around them that are angry. But the wearer will be turned into darkness of anger if the necklace is used to often.

The 5th necklace is The Necklace of Happiness. The wearer can make any one happy just by looking at them, But in doing so takes away their own happiness.

The last necklace is The Necklace Of sickness. The wearer can heal any sickness or injure. But after the first ten healing. The wearer takes the injure or sickness on them self.

The R.C.G Villains

Jenny's main villain is Seranty, A witch and fire elemental, who is insane and for every life Jenny saves She takes one.

Whistler's is a guy by the name of Mr White, A wizard who makes deadly weapons, that cooed wipe out entire planets. And then sells them.

Jean's is a evil princess realty-warper by the name of Luna. Luna is everything Jenny never wants to be, But still can become.

Helen's Villain is a guy who can read any person from any book into real life.  

Elsea Doesn't have any. She kills them on there first encounter. 

Dianna's is the people who are trying to make clones of people. the only one to survive this encounter is her son Dilance.

Lana's is the evil witch who cursed the royal family, of the magic island she rules.The witch want the island for herself. 

Kat's villain is Dianna's sister Dielse who killed her race. And never really stopped killing.

Roza's is a siren who has people believing she's the good guy so she can get away with killing people for no reason.

Spencer's villain can drive people insane, by being in the same room as them,He can all so open time rifts, He was buried alive under the courtroom of Sanityfalls. (Based off of Asura from soul eater)

Gena's villain is a guy who is pro the Supernatural and against the human race, He wants nothing more but to erase the human race off the face of earth.

Meg's bad guy wants to drive people insane human or not, so she made a virtual realty world.(Sword art online) And made the worlds every ones worst nightmares. Then put them back into the real world. with out telling them, it made them paranoid or insane, Some time both.

Janet's is a little girl who had all six heart necklaces. The power of the necklaces turned her into a shadow. Before this she whipped everything that proved she existed. Now any one who knows of her exists.

R.C.G Mothers Day

Jenny and Janet will visit there parents grave.

Whistler will come back to earth and spend the day with her siblings, Phil and Jenny.

Jean and Micheal will make a card and send it to Marcie.

Helen's parents are still alive. So she's heading home for mothers day

Elsa's Adopted parents are also still alive so she might go home.

Dianna Doesn't have parents but will spend the day with her son.

Lana and Irin will have a picnic at their parent's graves.

Kat's parents are died, and her people don't have a holiday like mothers day.

Roza's parents are died, so she won't celebrate mothers day.

Spencer's parents are still alive so Spencer and her sisters will celebrate mothers day at home.

Gena's parents are famous detectives, but for holidays the family takes a break from work and go Disney land.

Meg doesn't have parents.

The Series Of Choices

Every book, TV show, and movie is its own universe. Adventurers can travel tho these universe. Like Ginny everywhere. My main Adventurers are called The Red Cloak Girls and their teams the Guardians. I'll do the Guardians at a later time. Right now I'll just do the R.C.G. At the moment there is 13 of them. But I'm going to try to come up with 24 of them.

Jenny is the first R.C.G. Most of the time she acts like a crazy person. But she is actually really smart and notices a lot of stuff other people don't. 

Whistler Jenny's adopted Daughter. Is like her in many ways. Like Jenny, she is mistaken for a crazy person. but can actually be really scary if she has to. She is all so the only R.C.G with a starship

Lana is the princess of a magic island. She was born with dark magic but her sister Iran Took on the magic, And Lana somehow ended up with light magic. Both of them are Adventurers And co-rule the island.(Side note Lana and her sister's magic is based on the dark one and the author from once upon a time)

Kat is the last of her kind. Her Species was the one Dianna was blamed for killing. She Surprised everyone by forgiving Dianna before anyone else. Then again she makes friends with everyone 

Roza is the guardian of the Royal family of vampires. But later turns out is a lost relative of the family. But prefers to be a "Normal" vampire.

Spencer Runs a bordering house in a small town called Sanity falls. Just outside of Las Vegas. In this town time refits open a lot and sometimes stuff comes out. usually monsters

Gena is a cop in Phoenix Arizona. And like the famous Nick Burkheart, she is a Grimm. but likes to spend time on others planets rather than earth. 

Meg Is based off of Penny from RWBY. She is a android made by all the villains from the other R.C.G. To spy on the good guys, The R.C.G figured it out and fixed it where she is her own person now.

Janet comes from the alter-verse, Where she is Jenny's twin sister, But went evil. The Council stepped in and wiped her memories, and placed her in the Cartoon-verse But she got them back. Then ended up in the Multi-verse and Tried to kill the R.C.G. Again the Council stepped in and De aged her and left her to be raised by Jenny.She is now good and Became a R.C.G.

Meet Seth And Tabatha

The bright purple sun was begging to set, the streets were filled with people busily buying stuff from the many stands. Two people walked down the street not really looking at anything. The woman was somewhere in her 20, Her hair was red and tied up in a tight bun. her eyes were hidden behind some sunglasses. The man looked a few years old but not a lot. his hair was short and brown, his eyes where a water blue. Their arms were linked as they made their way through the market. A young woman stood on a nearby hill watching the couple. her black hair was loose and curly, hair eyes were a dirty brown. She smiled to her self as she turned away.
"Would you look at that Cowie, Meg has finely let her "Friends" out by them self. it's going to be so easy to take them."
The girl wasn't talking to her self. she was talking to a stuff cow. The two people down in the market. had finely made their way to the end of the market. and making their way back slowly, any one passed could hear the man Seth quietly telling the woman what every thing looked like. The secant woman (Elena) was waiting for them at the end of the street. The first woman pulled Seth off the street to stand in front of a stand selling flags
"What?."
"I think where being watched."
Seth looked around but didn't see any one out of place
"Are you sure, I don't see any one."
"Yes, I'm sure shes over there at the end of the street."
Seth looked again and this time saw the woman. She wasn't even trying to hide that she was watching them.
"What should we do?."
Seth looked back at Tabatha, It was uncommon for her to show fear.
"I don't know maybe we shooed call Meg?."
"No! I mean can't we deal with this on are own?."
"Maybe it's worth a try."
The two started back down the street again, Tabatha now swinging a blue flag with a golden tree on it. After a few minuets, they finely reached the end of the street. Seth looked around but didn't see the woman.
"Shes not here."
"Are you sure, She couldn't have disappeared into thin air."
"You never know."
Tabatha shot him a glare, Seth looked around again and this time noticed some foot prints.
"Come on."
He garbed her hand and pulled her up the hill following the foot prints.They didn't even get to the top the hill, Before Elena appeared in front of them.
"Why hello."
"What do you want?."
Tabatha yelled, Elena just smiled and turned around.
"I don't want anything. Well, nothing that you can give."
"Then why where you creepily watching us?."
"O well I wanted to meet Meg again but I guess she's not here."
"How do you know Meg?."
Seth asked. Elena didn't reply instead she started to climb the hill again. Tabatha and Seth followed her.
"Oh where old friends. Kinda like Cowie and me."
"Is she talking to a stuffed cow?."
"Yes, I think so."
"But since Meg not here I'll just leave."
"We can tell her we saw you."
"Why thank you, So kind."
"Well, we have to get back home so.....Bye?."
"Yes, good bye."
Tabatha didn't say anything just pulled Seth back down the hill. They reached the bottom of the hill in a couple of minutes.
"Where not telling Meg right?."
"Of course not."
