Derek's mother was a werewolf and his father was a shapeshifter, because of this he can change into any type of wolf, or any size of a wolf. He ended up helping her put an end to their killing spring, He was the last of his pack so he decided to travel with Roza for awhile, Laylee joined them and they traveled for awhile just the three of them. About 35 years later they meat the next teammate Rowan the dragon.

After trying to take back the city Leon became the city's most wanted because of this he had to run to the next continent over, where Roza happened to be staying she offered him an escape plan to a different planet but they got lost halfway there and ended up on the fairy's planet know as Vettel were they meat Thea.

Back Ground: Thea was the princess of the fairies, but when she was 10 her kingdom was overthrown because of this Thea became an animal caretaker she took advantage of this and rode the dragons around the planet looking for adventures but there never really were any so when Roza and Leon showed up she jumped at the opportunity and showed them the way back to earth, she tagged along. They traveled together for a couple of months when Thea decided to leave but Leon stopped her and convicted her to stay since then they have been best friends.
